Roy has been a very smart boy, ever since he first talked. He easily learned to be a hunter with his father when he was about 8 year old. His parents were very happy to have him as their son. He memorized poetry quite quickly, he learned to read a book when he was about 11 years old. When Roy was 13 years old a horrible incident ended his loving mother. She died during a thunderstorm that lit her family's cottage. Marcus and Roy went into depressed state of mind. Marcus quickly recovered while Roy slowly started to stop his grieving. The young man still has nightmares about his mother's death.
Roy quickly grew into a man that helped his village. He helped teach children to read, hunt and sometimes write. The young man is really loyal to his Dad and will also be loyal to his kingdom when he is turned into a Dragon Rider. Roy is now 17 years old and has been a healthy, strong and courageous young human.
