come on, let's see how fast you can go now, Ianthe. Ianthe was flipping her wings, when Ianthe had first hatched for her, Ianthe could easily sit on Emily's shoulders and ride Emily. But now, that would be hard for Ianthe to do now, since Ianthe was huge, well huge compare to what she was during her first two months of her life that is. After her egg had hatched that she was taken back home to be trained as a rider, of which was none other than Gil'ead. Emily had lived in Gil'ead for 14 years of her life, so it feels odd to her to leave her home now to get her first assignment as a rider here in Doru Araeba. She still hadn't quite got her first assignment yet, the riders told her to get to know Doru Araeba first. When Emily left Gil'ead a week ago, part of her heart was left in Gil'ead for that was where she had grew up and that was where her family was.
Of which wasn't much of a problem for Emily, even though Emily miss Gil'ead, she loves being in Doru Araeba. For it seem so unreal and yet real to her, it was just the same with the kind of life she has as a rider. That it was one other position that she could travel the land of which she wanted, but it was totally unexpected as well. For Emily thought she wouldn't be a rider after her two older siblings didn't make it to be a rider. Though they both tried to make it as a rider after Ianthe had hatched for Emily, but so far for them, there was no such like. Ianthe moved faster as they kept flying though the air towards Doru Araeba, Emily felt so free up in the air with Ianthe, she couldn't imagine any life better than than being a rider. After a couple of minutes that Ianthe landed in Doru Araeba and Emily got off of her back.

Væte was himself new in Doru Araeba. He'd foregone much in the way of magical disguise in favor of a felt hat over his short crimson hair. His only illusion was the one turning his eyes blue, instead of red.
His skin was still noticeably paler than normal, but he did not stand out too much from the crowd.
Ahtel Fresson had never lived anywhere near dragons; he'd heard tell of them, and had seen them fly over as specks in the sky - but he'd never seen one any closer, and thus Væte, with only fragments of the sorcerer's memories to go on, was deeply startled when a dragon landed near the building he was confusedly examining.
He jumped and turned to face the huge beast. He couldn't immediately place it, but he was hit with a strong jolt of curiosity about it.
He wandered up to Ianthe and her rider, and asked, politely, "Excuse me. What is that?"

When Emily got off of Ianthe's back that she heard footsteps coming towards her and Ianthe, Emily turned to look who was walking towards her and Ianthe. Emily looked at the man that was walking towards her, there was something odd and off abotu this man, but it was not something she could place. Learning to be a rider for the past six years, and finally become a rider a week ago since she had her purple rider sword, Edoc'sil Garm was at her side, had taught her that not everything was as it seems. But Emily had no way of knowing if this person was just visiting Doru Araeba or if he was a rider, the only riders that she knows were the ones from Gil'ead and the few she had meet within the past week. When the man was in front of that he had ask politely of what Ianthe was and Ianthe snorted when the man said that and than spoke in Emily's mind. Hasn't he seen a dragon before? Apparently he hasn't or at least not close up that is.
Emily had looked up at Ianthe when Emily said that to Ianthe in their minds, than she looked back at the man in front of Emily and Ianthe. "This is a dragon, she's my dragon Ianthe, I am Emily Blackthrone." Ianthe laid down and snorted a little bit when Emily said that, Emily figure that the man was not quite used to a dragon and may jump when Ianthe snorted. Emily looked over a Ianthe and than spoke in their minds once more. Ianthe, do you mind if you don't snort at the moment, since he is not used to being so close to a dragon. All right, but there's odd about this two leg creature. I know that Ianthe, but it was nice enough to ask politely, besides it's not like as if he knows our true names. We don't know our true names either. Emily didn't bother to say anything back to Ianthe when she said that and Emily looked back at the man.

Væte blinked. "Oh, a dragon. He'd heard of those. We're new in town," he added, to explain his ignorance. "We're from the Broddring Kingdom. Never seen a dragon before." He glanced around, his vague blue eyes wide. "Do you have many dragons around here? Ah - Where exactly is here?"
He didn't jump at the dragon's snort, but he did dart a hand up to his hat, checking to make sure his hat covered his hair. His eyes were focused on the dragon; he'd never seen one before and they were fascinating.

Emily found it of how he spoke with the third person and the we, It was apparent that Ianthe also found it strange a swell. Since she snorted once again, but that didn't seem to disturb the man too much when Ianthe snorted. The man brought up that he was from the Brodding kingdom and than eh had ask if she had many dragons around here and ask where here was. Emily raised her eyebrow, she wondered how he even manage to get here and doesn't know where he was. "I only have Ianthe here, there are other riders with their own dragons, along with wild dragons as well, You on Vroengard island in the city of the riders, Doru Araeba. This Island is where the dragons and Riders live."

"Ahh," Væte said, nodding. "Doru Araeba." He drew out the syllables as if tasting the words. "He'd heard of that. Never been there, though. The Citadel of the Dragon Riders! A good place to be, I think. Interesting, anyway."
He was talkative - especially because he was vaguely nervous. He could feel his control over his earlier spells slipping. Including the illusion over his eyes.
This is Ahtel's fault, part of him thought, disapprovingly. Incompetent sorcerer.
If he was competent, would we be here? asked another.
Aww, quit worrying. We'll be fine. If the illusion slips, we'll kill her and her dragon too.
You're overly optimistic, the first part snapped.
Væte rubbed his eyes, trying to cover up the red creeping into them. "Sorry - something in my eyes - must be all this dust - "

Emily wanted to go back to her home as soon as possible, well here on Doru Araeba that is, she didn't mean Gil'ead. than the male comment that he never be here before, of which didn't surprise Emily at all that he hadn't be here before. than the man started to rub his eyes and sorry and that there was something in his eyes and that it must be the dust. Emily hadn't notice the dust, but she didn't care much about the dust, for it was not bothering her. There didn't seem to be any dust, it could be either that he didn't want her to see something or his eyes were sensitive, but Emily wasn't abotu to find out. Dust can be a pain at times. Anyway, I must be going back to my house now to get some rest from the journey I had." Emily walked on past the man and went over to the street that lead to the city with Ianthe walking behind her. Emily turned on another street with a building and the building had hid both Emily and Ianthe from the man's view.
